Luis at Alterations USA went absolutely above and beyond for me!

I bought a suit at Men’s Wearhouse around 2:00 PM on a Friday because I had to be in Chicago by 6:00 PM for a Latino gala. Unfortunately, the pants were way too long and too wide, and I was in a serious time crunch.

I called at least four different alteration shops, and Luis was the only person who not only was willing to help, but genuinely listened to my situation and understood the urgency. From the moment I spoke with him, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. He told me to stop by, and when I arrived, he actually stopped what he was doing to take care of me.

One hour later, I walked out with pants that fit me perfectly! 🙌

That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Luis could have easily said it was too last-minute, but instead he stepped up and made it happen. Thanks to him, I was able to make it to my event looking sharp and feeling confident.
